Is installation difficult? Will it leak if I install it myself?

Not at all — it takes just a few minutes. Installation videos are in our listing, and each package includes a printed manual and Teflon tape. Just wrap the tape 2–3 times around the threads; over-wrapping can cause leaks.

How often should I replace the filter cartridge?

Every 3–6 months, depending on water hardness and usage. Replace when the chlorine smell returns, skin feels dry again, or pressure drops. Replacement 2-packs in our store (ASIN: B0D1TYCDPB).

Does the filter reduce water pressure?

Not at all — it's designed to keep strong, steady water flow while filtering effectively, so you won't notice any drop in pressure.

Why won't my handheld showerhead stay in the bracket?

First, make sure the hose isn't installed backward — the flared end goes to the handheld showerhead, and the nut end goes to the bracket. If the issue is a damaged part, free replacement parts are available through Amazon's messaging system.

How can I contact you if I have product issues?

Just go to your order and click "Contact Seller" to message us directly. We're available 24/7 and usually respond within a few hours. Happy to help with any product issues, including free replacement parts.
