Product has too many issues
Overall just poor quality. The A button does not work when I turn on the controller, but decides to work a few minutes after that. Bumpers are too hard to press, and the left trigger feels loose. Complete waste of my money.

Spotty Connection
It did not connect with the Xbox One

Not as dependable as the super expensive ones, but decent for the price.
My son said the controller had some connection issues here & there. However, they were very fast and efficient with the return process.

Broke within 48 hours
Remote no longer turns on even with brand new batteries. Son used it for 2 days. Bummer

Spotty connection. Not a good controller.
Bought for my sister to use. Not a genuine controller. Spotty connection though it was brand new. Kept disconnecting in the game, compared to her other, official Xbox One controller, which works fine.

Stiff buttons
The controller was terrible, all the buttons were stiff and it gave me trouble trying to connect it.
