I was left very disappointed with this Ford emblem. Recently purchased this a bit over a month ago for my 2006 Ford F-150 Truck. Less than a month later, It’s already come unglued from the base. Very poor workmanship as obviously there was little glue applied to the emblem, as shown on my picture. Sure would be appreciated if the seller sent me a sturdier replacement.Ford

Delivered on Saturday, installed on Monday, face plate started to peel off on Tuesday.Arrived home from work as I walked around the front of truck notice the face plate was starting to peel away, slight tug and it came completely off.Guess I’m lucky it didn’t fly off on the commute home or when I take it to the carwash next weekend.Hope the pics are clear enough so you can see there are just two dabs of adhesive on each end, doesn’t even feel like glue, more like a hard silicone.The actual baseplate had an adhesive backing in addition to the two prongs that I used fasteners on to attach to the grille.My next concern is that I replaced the tailgate plate as well, so I’ll assume as I exit the carwash in the next week or two it will be gone.So what options do I have, remove and request a refund….or just buy some adhesive and glue it on the correct way.Guess when the tailgate emblem faceplate falls off I’ll just have to spend the extra money on the OEM version from Ford?Don’t waste your money.Cheers,Bigs

This didn’t last me 4 months both of them the ford emblem both separated and fell off . So now only the piece that sticks to the truck with out it saying ford any more both front and back did this.

While the product was what I expected and it looks good on the truck I was disappointed it did not include the nuts/clips to attach it to the truck. I was replacing mine because the original had just disappeared along with the attachment nuts so I had to make a special run to the hardware store to purchase the nuts to secure the new emblem to the truck. The double sided tape held it in place but the Texas sun will make short work of that adhesion so the secondary nuts are critical unless I want to purchase another emblem in a few months.

Bought to replace both grill, and tailgate emblems on a 2008 Ford Ranger.Easy install. So far, so good...and they look Great!Much cheaper than OEM, time will tell if the adhesion lasts.

Personally I think they look just like o.e.m. Super easy to install. I did however used a speed nut for the plastic pins just like factory, but factory ones do not have adhesive tape on back

Bought 2, for grill and tailgate. Pulled old ones off, did some clean up on the surfaces, and stuck these on. I did add some Gorilla glue to help with adhesion. Been on the truck for a few months now. Look great, staying in place.

These are OEM. They fit the grill and tailgate of my 2006 ranger perfectly.
