It appears to be a genuine Samsung - great!
Arrived quickly. Was set up for Canadian market (but easy to switch language to UK English), and was unlocked for any network. This does mean you have to enter the data settings to enable mobile data to work (and I phoned my provider to get help with this, which was also easy). Functions exactly like my original S5 phone, which is why I wanted to get it. Excellent value for money. I was initially worried it would be a fake, but after following all the on-line advice to investigate this, I'm sure it is genuine.

My Samsung phone does not work. I managed to ...
My Samsung phone does not work. I managed to switch it on to once or twice to set it up when I got it. Since then, I charge it for a very long time. The screen stays black. When I want to switch it on to use it, I press on the right button, nothing happens, The screen is still black. It should not happen to a new phone, that's all I am going to type here.
