product does work, does make a difference with grinding, clenching. You have to get used to the way it sets your lower jaw foreward. I do have a smaller mouth, for me the mouthpiece was large. I end up sleeping part of the night with it then taking it out in early am hours as my jaw is just tired.

Not for me.
Uncomfortable would be the best way to describe my experience with this product. I tried to remold it several times for a better fit, but to no avail. I’d pretty much wake up after a few hours with tooth pain, take it out, and go back to sleep. I never got comfortable enough with it to evaluate if it helps with snoring.

Easy to use and effective!
I've been using the Snore Stopper Mouthpiece for clenching and grinding (bruxism) for just over a month. The packaging is simple and clean, the instructions (both text and pictures) were really easy to follow. The mouthpiece is comfortable, didn't affect my breathing in any way and doesn't leave any 'plastic' taste my mouth (unlike another product I tried). It's really easy to mold to your teeth, and you can remold if necessary. Nice personal customer service and great price point. I recommend anyone to try if you're having issues with teeth grinding and or clenching!

Most comfortable and effective
This is now my favorite mouth guard. After trying several that felt too big, too bulky, or too uncomfortable, this was by far the most comfortable and easy to use. My dentist told me to use it for bruxism (teeth clenching at night), and this has not only relieved me of jaw and headache pain, but it also DOES prevent me from snoring. I simply wash it under hot water ever morning when I take it out, and throw it in it's case until the next night. Easy. I highly recommend.

Anti Snoring Mouth Guard
I bought the anti snoring mouth guard to see if it'd help a little with my snoring problem. It looks like any sleeping guard. Maybe a little bigger/tougher plastic,but it did the trick. The only think I would say I didn't like would be that it isn't really a one size fits all. I'm just glad it fit me. And it can be a little irritating at night,but I got the hang of it and I'm really glad I can sleep without making a sound now!

I bought this product to help with teeth clenching while I sleep as I usually wake up with a bit of jaw pain and headache but now I can say that is all gone thanks to this product! Definitely recommend

TERRIBLE PRODUCT!
Total crap! Don't waste your time or money! I followed the instructions to the T. And it first got stuck to the "handle " then just turned into a flat piece of goo!!! If I would have tried to use this product, I fear I would have choked to death in the middle of the night..... do not!!! Purchase this item! I feel the manufacture owes me a refund! Hope this helps anyone looking at this product!
