Review: These were very good. I browned mushroom, onions and an orange pepper. I tell you what, I under cooked ( aldente) then put in caramalized veg and mixed, really was so delicious! And protein to boot! Review: ’ve bought this a few times now because it’s one of the only “protein pastas” my kids will actually eat without noticing a difference. It tastes way closer to regular pasta than chickpea pasta does, and the texture stays good even as leftovers. We use it for spaghetti, baked pasta, and mac and cheese style dinners. I also like that it adds a little extra protein without having to totally change what we normally eat. Definitely worth trying if you want an easier healthier swap that still feels like normal pasta.
