PHEW! Not an easy read. Left me wanting better re my health without it being such a tome! Did I finish it-heck NO, far too much to do in my life. I may dip into it from time to time. Would I buy it again-NO!!!!! Would I recommend it-Noooo!! Unless you have far too much time on your hands.

A brilliant book on how to live like our healthy hard working ancestors in today’s modern world.

The book looks great tbh but pretty upset it was delivered bent and creased. Especially at over £20
