My lovely crystal photo ball showed up with a gouge on it and the stand was chipped! Guess it was to much to expect they would pack my treasured purchase so it would arrive undamage. The box had a sheet of grey foam about an 1/8 inch thick place on top of the ball and a card stock strap to hold the box shut. The box was in a over sized mailing envelope with no other protection. The shipping and packing were fine. It arrived quicker than promised. The photo quality seems fine to me. I'm not a professional photographer but my photos show no blemishes or issues when using it. It comes with a clear glass stand so you can also use as a decoration. Overall I gave it 5 stars because it seems to be excellent quality.

Nice and solid, it doesn't feel cheap or have any imperfections. But it comes in a flimsy box. I would have preferred if it comes in a good box that I could toss into my equipment bag without worrying about damaging anything. But besides the box the product is great.
