This was a Christmas gift for my wife from my two year old and they both loved it. My two year old loved painting the mug and my wife loves having a personalized mug for her morning coffee! Instructions were clear and the paint sets included contained plenty of color options! You would definitely need a better brush if you plan to do anything detailed, but the paint works well and there is more than enough of every color for the mug. My daughter preferred using her fingers though.

I purchased this for my son to gift to his father. The paints and the brush aren't really high quality but they get the job done. My son painted a little castle on it and we baked it to keep the paints on. You cant run it through a dishwasher even after it has been baked, but its a lovely little personal gift without having to go to a ceramics shop and pay more than the price of this. Fantastic fun!

Made a mug for dad for Christmas with 'dad' written all over it. He loved it. Nice heavy duty feel to it too! Easy process to permanently adhere the paint to mug but would be better with more accurate brush as I kept making blobby words when I tried to be neat.

I did this for christmas with my host children for their parents. and it turned out very well, it's very easy to do, but sadly, one of the mugs has a small mistake and the colour started to come off both even if we always just hand wash them carefully...

Followed the instructions to the letter, looked great until all the paint came off with the lightest of hand washes. Huge disappointment as I'd had my twin 2 year olds paint it as a personalised present to my wife. Real shame

Very difficult to do anything neatly with the brush, paint too thick, would have been much better with pens. Wouldn't recommend.

This product was fantastic, my 4 year old loved making this and it was a unique gift given to a family relative This is the first time i have used a product like this and would buy again, once baked mug looked fantastic. Several weeks after the product as painted and several washes everything has remained intact.

Very good except for the paint brush. It doesn't let the paint to be applied neatly so had to use different one.

Perfect size but the paint started to come off after a gentle hand wash. Disappointing

Brush was too thick and the inks were in very unstable little pots. Mug looks good though
