Super Cute but my handle broke after a few weeks!
I would have given this product a solid five stars: I love the color, I love the size, I love the personalization!!!! However, my handle broke after only a few weeks of using it which was a bummer. I didn't carry anything too heavy in it, maybe just a planner, wallet, notebook, pencil pouch, and a few other things. I purchased this a while ago so I'm not sure if anything has changed with the product. I would definitely purchase one more time to see if maybe it was just that specific bag that had a defect. I did notice that the handle was sewn on very low which is maybe why it slipped out and ripped apart easily from the bag. It's still such a cute bag, I will eventually get around to trying to fix it.

Vibrant color and embroidered!
I got this bag and absolutely love it! It is the perfect size for all my books. The color is vibrant and I love having my name on it. I haven’t used it yet because currently my school year is being completed at home. I can’t wait to go back and show off my new bag!

Love the product, and the company was very responsive to my concerns
I ordered this for my niece who just became a teacher. The first one I received I was unhappy with due to not being able to see her name clearly as the thread color did not show up well on the bag color. I contacted this seller and they promptly sent me another one with a different thread color, and it looks fantastic! I love the bag, and the company was super helpful in making sure I was happy with my purchase.
