These 50W lights are bright. I didn't want to get too high of wattage bright because there's a point of diminishing returns where more light doesn't do any good given the area of illumination. I will say it lights very bright in the spot it covers. I would also say I think I would have like to have gone with the 100W version but then I'm not sure if the conical area of light dispersion would have been any wider to capture/flood a greater area. I am happy with the light. I have installed 150W high bay ceiling lights and D@mn they're bright. After looking at those and these I would say unless you're higher than my mounting location ~15' and not looking further than 15-20' away I'd say 50W is perfect. I would recommend higher wattage and even more than 1 when trying to illuminate a backyard.

All I can say is WOW; these things are bright! I initially bought these as outdoor lights to put around my shed, but I ended up mounting them in my garage instead. They light up the place 100 times better than my previous fluorescent tube lights and I love it! Package came on time and in great condition. Not sure if they’re UL listed, wire colors aren’t your standard black, white and green, but you can easily figure out how to power them. The build quality is solid and they’re working fine for me so far so I could definitely recommend them!!

I'd like to first point out, the durability of the material used is fantastic. These were easy to install and easier to hook up. I am beyond please with these lights and cant wait to to get the other 2 up. I highly recommend anyone get these.

Easy review...5 stars, bright white light; gave it 5 stars even though they don't use the factory wire colors we're used to in the U.S. and no instructions on which were load and common. Easy to mount and fit my smaller eaves perfectly! Well made, too. Getting ready to order 2 more!

Bought these because we were having trouble with our neighborhood at the time. They are super bright and simple to set up and install. They seemed weather resistant for what time I've used them so far. We recommend for the price.

This comes with wires instead of a electrical plug or socket that can easily be plugged in to an electrical outlet which makes these useless for most people. Buyer be advised!

I bought these to use as lights for humid vivariums. I needed them to be waterproof as well as bright enough to grow plants from about 12" away. So far they have exceeded my expectations. The price was great and after shopping around for awhile I couldn't find a better deal. If you're looking for quality spotlights, these will not disappoint.
