The nasal dilators you have been waiting for.
I have tried many nasal dilators, including some of Woody's earlier efforts. I finally settled on the SleepRight Nasal Breathe Aid. Not as comfortable as I hoped, but good enough and, gosh, were my nasal passages expanded. They work fine. So good that I have used them (the primitive and now eschewed SleepRights) for months, far longer than the 15 days suggested. It's not like they're contact lenses. But this is the nasal dilator, the WoodyKnows Nasal Dilators Nose Vents (New Model), that Leonardo would have designed. It is both a work of art and engineering. Neatly packed in its plastic carrying case, like three fleur-de-lis, their function beautifully overshadowed by their form.Woody has designed this dilator from the nose out, taking careful consideration of the size and shape of the nostril but, most importantly, respecting the exquisite sensitivity of the nasal passage and its throbbing cilia. Woody's "New Model" (which really deserves an entirely new taxonomy) rests comfortably within, free of the violent sneezes often accompanying the earlier efforts by several manufacturers.Look no more! These are the nasal dilators you have been waiting for.

Back to breathing strips..
The material even though it feels soft is very rough for the nostrils and ended up scratching and irritating the inside of my nose. They also overstretched my nostrils way past the norm, made it extremely uncomfortable. The longer they were in my nose the more painful it got. Also the size small is still much too large or too hard of a material to use comfortably for small nostrils.

OK but could be a lot better
I have tried many different nasal dilators. I normally use a different one from Woody Knows but thought I'd give these a try. The are easy to insert and comfortable to wear, but they do not provide enough force against the inside of the nostrils to effectively widen the nasal passages. At least for me. So for me they don't work as well as other nasal dilators I've used.

Feels a little strange, but works well.
I have allergies, like ridiculously so. I am allergic to cats, and rabbit brush, and ragweed. I have two cats and live in rural Nevada. So I am constantly stuffy and sneezing. I used to use the strips (especially the lavender ones) and while they work well, they irritate the skin on my nose a bit. I have seen these advertised and thought I'd give them a shot. I got the variety pack since I wasn't sure which size I'd need. It took me a bit to figure out how to place them, but let me tell you, once they are in there correctly, you know. You do know they are there, it's not discomfort, more, awareness. But they definitely open your nasal passages and help you breathe much easier. I tried the medium first and they are a good fit. I attempted the small ones to see if I wouldn't feel them at all and I almost lost them in the caverns of my nostrils (jk, you can't lose them in your nose!). I am able to sleep with them in. You CAN tell that they are in, so people who say that they are not noticeable are... unobservant? They do look like a septum piercing though, so it is not super glaring. I rinse it in the morning when I get up and have had no issues.

If you want to breathe better, you need these!
These thing are amazing! I wish I had found these earlier in my life. I use these every night when I sleep, and even sometimes when I workout or hike. I have a deviated septum, and these help open my airways way more than without them. They are easy to put in, and stay in well. When I wake up in the morning, I don't even know I have these in my nose. They last awhile, but you do want to change them out every now and then (every 60 days?), because they loose their rigidity. I'm not a big guy, but I do use the large as I find it helps open my nostrils the best. I would recommend you get the multi size pack first to decide which size is best for you, then order the size you need going forward.I've tried many different types of these things, and this one is the best!

The older PINK version were great, these new CLEAR ones are terrible.
So dissappointed!I have used the PINK colored WoodyKnows nasal dilators (Small) for over 2 years now and they have been perfect. They fit nicely, they were very soft on the inside of the nose and worked well for opening my nasal passages. I have ordered 5 sets over the past 2 years, but these will be the last I order until they change them back. There was no need for any changes. Why are they worse?Comfort is key with nasal dilators. If they are too hard, or too stiff they push too hard on the inside of your nose and is very irritating. These new CLEAR ones are a much harder plastic and smaller than the old ones. Attached are the two, side-by-side so you can see the comparison. New CLEAR one is on the left, and old PINK is on the right. Notice the SIZE difference. These are both the SMALL size! The material "feel" and width/height are different. The new CLEAR are MUCH harder.WoodyKnows, please bring back the softer PINK dilators and you will have a happy and repeat customer again. Until then, I am finding a replacement or going back to strips.

Best nose dilators on the market for easy night time breathing
Get the 3 pack multi-size to determine your best fit and then order a 3 pack of your best fit size. If it falls out repeatedly or feels like it is stretching too much skin, it is not a good fit. Takes a few nights to get used to but ultimately more effective and less wasteful than breathe right nose strips. I switched because I didn't like how much garbage I made from the nose strips, but these dilators works so much better that I am really glad I made the switch. These are far more comfortable than the cylindrical kind.I use these because I have a right nostril that collapses when I lay on my left side and get dry sinuses that make it difficult to breathe at night. When I use these I can breathe through my nose easy when I sleep and don't wake up breathing through my mouth and drying out my throat.

Made my snoring worse
These didn't work at all for me and they are uncomfortable. I was looking for something better than nasal strips, this isn't it.
