Surprisingly good for the price. I’m a female and was able to build it solo without too much hassle over a few hours.. all of the wood pieces are sturdy composite with a very realistic finish. Only the two back panels are thin wobbly plywood and you’ll definitely have to baby those to avoid chips and breaks. Design doesn’t look flimsy or cheap, very comparable to ikea quality. If you’re an RH or pottery barn tier buyer you won’t like this piece, but for someone looking to fill a space for a few years it’s a good choice.

I’m so impressed!!!! Much better and sturdier than I expected. You can easily store books. I appreciate the excellent instructions (especially the first picture that showed how all the labelled parts came together), and high quality screws and bolts to make sure the entire unit is very sturdy indeed! Exactly what I was looking for. We have a fairly big TV and needed to replace built in bookshelves after moving. Finding a sturdy entertainment center with open shelving in the wood color I wanted was hard, until this. My husband assembled this by himself in a few hours, I helped for like 5 min holding the back piece up. The box was very heavy though, so one strong or two normal strength adults required to bring inside!

This piece looks really lovely behind the couch and in the entryway of my mom’s studio apartment. It’s interesting and different than other options for the same space. The height and width is perfect behind the long L of the couch. She put all her figurines and glass on it and loves it! It was a little hard for me to put together alone and I broke a piece of it while trying, but superglue helped it look like nothing happened (to anyone else!).

Best table we have purchased off Amazon. Wood color looks great. We use it behind our couch for the kids school bags and their everyday drop area. It keeps things organized and has done well with them using it everyday.

Husband said instructions werent too hard to follow and everyone loved it when they come into our new house.

Normally, I would chalk this up to being a "get what you pay for" situation, but this wasn't the cheapest piece of furniture. I'm definitely no stranger to Amazon/Ikea-type furniture; I have put together a lot of furniture like this over the last five years. This was by far the worst, most frustrating and flimsy thing I've ever dealt with. The instructions are difficult to follow and aren't written in a good order for actually assembling the cabinet. The two panels that make up the back of the cabinet are not long enough to stay in, so we had to wood glue them so they'd stay in place just to get the thing put together. The screw locks honestly don't work. I played around with them for a long time, and they would randomly fall out anyway. In reality, this thing is worth maybe $80-100. Do not pay anything more than that. It is cheap, it is difficult to put together, and at the end of the day, it won't look nearly as good as the photo. Absolutely do not bother buying this, please save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere. I really wish I could just return the materials because this was such a disaster. I will be sure to never buy Tribesigns furniture again, and I wish I could leave zero stars. Just absolutely horrible.
