Best tasting
I have tried other gluten free pancake mix and this for me is by far the best tasting. I think you used to only be able to get it in a six pack which is a lot, but I think you can now by them individually.I add a mix of milk and water, an egg and some vanilla extract. Add slivered almonds and./or fruit such as blueberries, bananas etc- very delicious!!

I have tried all the different blends out there and this one is the best! My kid LOVES the waffles it makes. I like that it is not pre sweetened and it has no dairy or potato. Finally pancakes my whole family can eat.

This is really the best GF mix for baking. I sub this for regular flour all the time. Works great. Have tried many others, but this remains the best!
