Wilson Electronics Tri-Band - 800, 900, and 1900 MHz iDEN/PCS NMO Mount Antenna - Mount Sold Separately

I use this as a general coverage scanner antenna scanning VHF, UHF 8 and 900 MHz trunked systems and it works better than almost any other NMO roof mounded antenna I've ever used. Mounted on the "Soccer Mom" mini van I can still pull into the garage and access parking garages just fine. The reception on 800 MHz is awesome and to my surprise it does really well on VHF also.

I tried using it with the Tram 1465 nmo mount as a base ground plane and did not work too well. It will get a better review as a mobile installation and to be fair, I did not try it on a mobile install.

Just as described when purchased. Looks Great on my vehicle.

Good sturdy build on this antenna. Spring steel works well and nothing looks cheap on this antenna. It threads to a standard NMO just fine and I will buy another if the need arises.
