You must not wash, bathe, swim, shower or exercise within the development time. You can swim once your tan has developed but swimming in the sea and chlorinated pools may result in your tan fading more quickly. Can St. Tropez be used during pregnancy? Yes, St. Tropez main tanning agent is dihydroxyacetone, which has no known toxicity. Suggested Use: Using an Applicator Mitt, pump the Mousse into your Mitt, and apply with long, even sweeps from toes to top. Make sure you're well covered as it's only missed areas that can look patchy. Once you've got even coverage, wait for 60 seconds before getting dressed. Try not to get wet, or sweat, for at least six hours. Finally, shower off to reveal a perfectly golden, natural looking tan. To maintain, re-apply a couple of times a week, nourish daily with St. Tropez Body Moisturizer and smooth your skin with regular exfoliation for ultimate results.
