VPN account not working, manufacturer unresponsive
The VPN account that came with InvizBox Go turned out be missing or invalid on their server. I contacted the support who initially was responsive. They asked for account information in order to activate it. I haven't heard from them and it's been three working days. Three days to add an account, that was invalid from the manufacturer. I'm disappointed. I basically am left with a device that is unusable for the intended purpose.
