Finally, drug free relief
My coworkers are grateful for this sinus cleanser. I usually go to work and attempt to show them all of the slimy goodness that I blow out of my nose when I have a sinus infection. Now, I have nothing to show them.I've been using this cleanser for the past couple months and I can say that it does work for me. I've been in at least two environments known to trigger sinus infections. To date, I've not developed an infection. I spent a week at my mother's house, a known trigger. Each night I flushed my sinuses before bed. While I did have some sinus congestion, it was no where near the normal amount. Also, in the weeks following my stay, I continue to be infection free.It comes with pre-measured "salt" packs, which to my understanding can be substituted with pure salt, (non-iodine table salt will do.) The bottle is soft and softens even more with the addition of warm water. It is fairly simple and sanitary. Just add salt and water, mix, squirt, and blow.

Can only use 1/2 of the bottle !!
The first half of the bottled solution comes out fine but the second half of the liquid will not come out no matter how hard I squeeze !! And no, the cap is not pushed down or closed - I check it every time !! A waste of money for me - guess I'll have to go back to the Nettie Pot !!

must have for allergy sufferers
I suffer from allergies to cats, grass, trees, etc. I started using this instead of my medication because the side effects of my meds were sinus infections. Now I use the saline rinse kit regularly once or twice a day. When I have a cold or flu I use it three times a day. It really flushes out your sinuses. It is easy to use. This system is nice because you don't have to bother with measuring the salt and baking soda yourself, it comes in it's own packets. The bottle can be recycled after use. Or, you can keep it I guess when you run out of packets and make your own solution if you're so inclined and just keep using it.

Better Buy Than the Other Packets
I used to buy the Neil Med brand saline packets at the drug store, but now have found that the Ayr brand is just as good and it saves several dollars to buy it on Amazon, especially if you order up to $30.00 worth of it at a time.It is still amazing how much money someone is making off selling little packets of salt mixed with baking soda. It seems almost a crime to be charging so much for so little. I hope these companies get more competition. All it is is salt and baking soda.

AYR kit is the easiest to use and most comfortable.
This system is MUCH more sensible than competitive products. The squeeze bottle is a practical shape and size, and it delivers the saline accurately & gently. The salt packets are a convenient size to allow accurate mixture of 3 strengths of saline.I can't breathe through my nose due to laryngectomy surgery, so a saline nasal rinse every day is a necessity. I use 2 salt packets per bottle (hypertonic solution) because the 3 packet mixture is a bit too harsh. I keep enough of the bottles to make up two week's supply at a time. Paul
