I purchased this device about 3 years ago from a Urologist for this extremely expensive penis pump. Tried it a couple of times and simply put in the bottom drawer of my chest. A penis is an organ, not a muscle. Inflating, deflating or exercising an organ will not alter its size unless damaged. The TIMM Technologies vacuum-pump cylinder is 8.25 inches long. Reviewer "Topgun" says he elongated his organ to half the length of the cylinder using the vacuum pump -- to 4 inches length-- after ingesting a dosage of sildenafil citrate or substitute. Perhaps he did not realize the vacuum created by the hand pump sucks the cylinder into the scrotum region a half inch or more depending on how it is positioned. Works easily, consistently and is a high quality product, as it should be for the price. I am not sure how practical it is to use with the tension rings. They are challenging to mount on the anatomy and somewhat forcefully snap on. Ouch! Plenty of opportunity for design improvements in this respect.That said, as an excersize device post prostate surgery, and for anyone who would like add some volume to the anatomy, it really does work. Just dont expect to become a movie star if you get my drift.....
