These sleeves worked great. I immediately felt more support and had no pain during my leg workout. They did make me hot but did not slip while I was lunging, squatting, and bending.The packaging said Men Only, but the sleeves had no idea they were supporting female knees and worked just as expected. Buying the "Men's" sleeve, which look a lot like the more expensive "Women's" sleeves, was smarter to save a few bucks. Couldn't get another color but at the end of the day, pink or black, I need extra knee support and these babies did the job. Shame on Smalets for packaging their sleeves for men and women and charging women more. That's criminal and should be illegal. These sleeves are all made the same.By the way, I bought a medium and I'm 5'3" with decent calves and thighs.

I'm a woman and they work awesome.
I'm a woman and these work just great. I wear them weightlifting, dog sledding, skiing, and snowmobiling. They are great support and help you spring back up.

Thankful knees!
I have a torn meniscus and cannot afford surgery right now, and I have been in a lot of pain. I am not a person that likes to take medicine so I thought that a compression sleeve would be the answer, and it wouldn't hurt to try....I am so glad that I did because it seems to give me the support that I need and relieves the pain and discomfort! Love this product...would highly recommend it to anyone with chronic knee pain

Great Product, got exactly what I expected
Great Product, got exactly what I expected. Really helped me with squats and deadlifts. Make sure to wash regularly because you will sweat a lot in these.

Fantastic balance between support
Fantastic balance between support, padding, and flexibility for sustained cardio workouts if you have or have had meniscus problems. I would not use them to run or bike due to back side being a little rigid (this is good thing for HIIT and lifting, but not sustained cardio due to rubbing).Excellent product!
