The Six Sigma Handbook, 5E 5th Edition

…it is a “book” book! :-D That being said, it is one of — if not “the” — best Six Sigma resource I’ve come across to date. I recommend bookmarking critical information to make it easier to find, especially because of the number of pages to sort through.Bottom line: highly recommend for any practitioner or student.

The content is good but the publisher should have used some of the quality tools specified in the book. Pages 147-177 are out of order. My book goes as follows: 146, 178, 177,176,175, etc. all the way down to page 147 and then back to normal at 179.
