I really like the look, feel, and fit of this case and would have given it 5 stars, but the metallic volume buttons are crooked and misaligned. They look really chintzy and really detract from the appearance of the case. I think I’d rather not have external buttons than the way this looks. Too bad, otherwise the case is really nice!

I absolutely love this case. I have tried several cases since getting iPhone X, and by far the is my favorite. Only one mans opinion, but the fabric adds a little something extra. In the end, it’s just a case, but easily exceeds my expectation. Field tested - not by choice of course - while getting out of my car, my phone slipped out of my hand and fell to the pavement. Of course it landed face first. Fully expecting the worst, I slowly turn the phone over. Not a scratch. Great case.

It does look really nice but the problem is that is fabric and we basically do everything with our phones so it doesn’t last that long. Examples you don’t really pay attention until you go through would be: on a restaurant putting the phone on the table it can easily get wet or food marks and is hard to clean compared to a rubber or plastic one, also i went to a casino and just but having my phone it got impregnated of cigarette smell which on your clothes you wash them and this is hard to do it ( i had sprayed febreze for linen). Also when doing outdoors activities as wallking or hiking having it the pocket, it will get those gray sweat marks.

The cover is designed well, it is attractive, but not really great protection for the iPhone X. So far my phone has dropped a few times on the floor, my daughter has trashed it few times on the floor and every time the screen protector cracked on 2 to 3 different places making it’s protection capability questionable.I like the product however it lacks on a total protection.

I barely had this case for 3 weeks and bottom corner is already wearing out. Overall it's a good design and material feels great but I'm so disappointed that the bottom edges are slowly wearing out after just 3 weeks of use. Now because there's a slight tear (refer to my picture), i'm sure it's only going to get worse. Is this a defect or simply the quality of this product?

This case looks great in the pictures, but once received it’s terrible. My case didn’t come with the metallic buttons. The whole case was cloth.... save your $10 and buy somewhere else.

This case wasn't even close to what I ordered, the fabric in the picture seems like more of a woven fabric, while the one I got was felt. No button distinction and the package had been opened previously. Will be returning.

Fits on the phone but doesn’t allow you to press the power or volume buttons in because it is too tight. Also no returns on this. So big oof
