The reel action is smooth and crisp. The metal clip on the back securely fastens the badge holder to any upright edge of suitable material. A snapping clear vinyl strap fastens your ID to the badge reel and easily accommodates up to three ID badges with sleeves or approximately 2 ounces of weight. The character emblems are high quality graphic images sealed onto a plastic resin backing. All pieces are affixed with an extremely durable, industrial adhesive. Easily cleaned with a damp cloth; stain resistant; anti-bacterial. Do not submerge in water as it may damage metal components. If your purchased badge holder fails at any time within 90 days from the date of purchase we will replace it with an equal model. Return of original item is required.

Been wearing this product everyday since my purchase (6+months) minor ...
Been wearing this product everyday since my purchase (6+months) minor breaks after many many drops. I believe I dropped it at least 20 times before the first part broke. And another dozen drops before the second and third breaks. I'll be needing another one for my keepsake collection. I work on a very busy floor and I believe this was well worth the purchase and I'll buy again in a heartbeat.

Customer service rather make excuses than help.
Have had this item for over two weeks and it worked great. I noticed today that the reel wasn't working properly. I sent an email asking if I could return or exchange it since I have not had it long. I received a email asking if I would try fixing it using a diagram they provided. I tried this with no luck and replied to the email, I received another email stating my card holder may be heavier than the limit of 2 ounces and if I would send a pic with nothing attached to the reel to see if it worked. I have had the same card attached to it for over 2 weeks and it has worked just fine until today. I am very unsatisfied with the customer service I have received. If they have a diagram to help fix a known issue maybe the company should work on not having the issue at all instead. It is a shame because this is a very nice card reel

Broken after a mouth
It broke after about a month. The groot plastic part fell off. The badge pull still works, it's just ugly.

Reel broke
The badge was really cute and I got a lot of compliments on it; however, after about a week and a half of having it, the reel completely stopped working. I couldn't retract it so my badge was just hanging three inches off from where the groot clip is. I'm sad because I really liked it but nothing could fix the reel. :( Poor groot.

Super cute, but issues with the retractable feature
So I bought this item because it was super cute. Unfortunately, I’ve had it for maybe a week, and the retractable feature is broken. I’ve extended the ID cord like 2-3 times and it is now jammed in the extended position. Super cute, but the retractable feature needs to work
