Purchased size according to description and this is entirely too small. Maybe 2 to 3 sizes too small. But I don't return undergarments so....

Super comfortable. I wear this 24/7. I got this for post liposuction and abdominal surgery (tummy tuck). It does the job great. It is silky smooth to the touch. Cool and lightweight. It is undetectable under clothes. It constricts well, just as I wanted it to. I will order this again since I wear mine so much now, it will eventually need to be replaced. I would recommend this for women 5.5 tall and up, otherwise there could be leftover in the torso which defeats the purpose and would cause creasing. My upper thighs are 20" and it barely constricts enough in this thigh area. Hips are 35" and perfect constriction. Waist 28" perfect constriction Circumference under breasts is 34" and good constriction. This is expensive but well worth it. The comfort is awesome.
