Our delicious, crispy and crunchy Casabi crackers are produced by the following ecological practices that protect the environment. They are free of artificial ingredients and preservatives. They do not contain gluten, wheat, fat, sugar, cholesterol, lactose, nuts, MSGs and are Non-GMO. There are no binders, starches, gums, or softeners. They have 4% fiber and they are enzyme-rich. Our packaging is made of KraftPAK, high-strength fibers renewable cardboard, valuable in the recycling process and certified biodegradable. Which makes us members of the “Partnership for Green Packaging” of I AM GREEN. Casabi crackers are ideal for the healthy and environmentally conscious consumer. They are artisan made and baked in an oven. With four individual sleeves of approximately 18 crackers, a total of 72 crackers to a box. To enhance the flavor even more we recommend to add a spritz of olive oil to the crackers and bake in the oven for 3-5 minutes on 350 Degrees. Shelf life of up to two years in the packaging. Once you open or bake them, they are good to eat for two weeks, stored in a plastic bag or sealed container. PS. Save crackers crumbs/granules for bread crumbs or panko.

I love these!
I am on the AIP protocol, and I miss chips and crackers. I stumbled on these, and I love them! The price is off-putting, until you realize you get two boxes, each with 4 sleeves of crackers, for the price. It's still a bit steep, but when you consider that they lasted 2 months, it's not so bad!I enjoy eating these with AIP friendly guacamole, meat, smoked salmon, and things of that nature. I often use them to create a "lunchable" type meal for myself. I am excited to try the other flavors as well.

Lovely addition to A.I.P diets.
What I didn't like was that there was much breakage. I did make breadcrumbs,but I needed more crackers.I sprayed with olive oil and sprinkled herbs and baked for 10min.I liked the flatbread a lot.The thickness was good but needed the spices to taste really good.

Buyer Beware - Full List of Ingredients Not on Packaging!
I purchased these because they looked like a rare find of clean ingredient gluten free crackers. The packaging lists "Natural Garlic" to deceive you in thinking its just garlic. After doing some research there is nothing natural about that ingredient at all - Garlic, Maltodextrin, Silica Dioxide, & Garlic Oil! They should not be allowed to leave out these harmful ingredients on the label. Save yourself the $20 and avoid these gut irritating ingredients!

Not the best tasting cracker
Unlike the other reviewers. i didn't care for the taste of these. However, a complaint to the seller resulted in a refund, which was impressive.

Don't bother with these
These taste terrible, don' waste your money; since can't return, will use as "bread crumbs" if able, it's mostly dust once they break and over 50% in package was broken up.

Crumbled mess
Opening the boxes was like walking through a sand storm. The shipping box was intact, the crackers - not so much. Also, heads up, not eligible for returns. This is what my twenty dollars bought, two boxes of a crumbly, jumbly mess. Won’t be ordering anything from these folks again.
