Excellent quality the several times we have ordered.We are careful about lectins, so we roast 'em: Spread in plate single layer, microwave 2 minutes, open the door to let steam escape, wait a minute or two; microwave again 1 minute, open door and wait again. Repeat 2-4 more times, depending on your microwave strength. Allow to cool, then keep in a jar in the fridge.Excellent plant source for Omega 3s, and is a real bargain at under $18 for nearly 3# (as of Feb. 2024).

I was uncertain about buying a food product (or any product) that is Costco brand, from somewhere other than Costco, but these came on time, are dated for Sept 2025 (it is now January), and are definitely fresh.Hope to continue to find this ongoing, since I cannot find them in the stores lately.

I love that these are organic (walnuts are actually sprayed with lots of chemicals and pesticides since they are susceptible to pests and disease which makes non-organic walnuts very toxic to consume), solid quantity for the price, I have ordered these 4 times, and each time they were good quality

I bought organic walnuts so they would taste better. These look and taste horrible. Like no walnuts i ever ate.. very disappointed.
