Good unit for the money...but...
if dropped on a hard surface, the performance will quickly deteriorate, and stop spinning the same way. I mention this because the internal gyro will want to come out of your hand, when at high RPM. The metal variety of this exerciser would likely be much more durable, but you will pay a hefty price for it...

Great price and legit for functional grip strength
Just got this in the mail. Was skeptical about a silly ball for grip strength. You receive the ball with some instructions on how to start the training.I started it up and "played" with it. Within moments my forearm was kinda burning. Pushed it further and holy moly, yeah it's legit. I've used multiple types of grip tools and this is by far the most functional tool out there. It's simple in it's space size and functionality.I'm glad I bought it and for anyone looking to improve grip, look no further!

Go for it!
Item operates well. The auto start is a must have convenience. The bearing seems a little rough but I don't have any others to compare it to. The ball has seemed to help my wife with her wrist pain.

Best yet
The media could not be loaded. I actually wasn't expecting much from this, but it's the best thing I've used for my forearms and wrist. I don't even know how to explain how this thing works, but it'll work your wrist in seconds. The faster you rotate your wrist, the harder it works your forearms. I now own four different equipments for my wrist and this is the only one that I use now

Really Great Honestly
Works as intended and it's actually a good forearm workout. The spring in the ball works when it's laying flat with the black bottom faced down. That's when it can be wound up to get it going.

LATE SHIPMENT!!!
Product was late!! I paid for prime, I expect it within two business days. The usability of this item takes some learning and feels clunky. It’s essentially rotating your wrist repetitively and I’d imagine you can get the same workout from a weighted stress ball, although it wouldn’t be as entertaining.

Efficient time wise
I like being able to get a workout in while watching tv

Not Much Resistance
When "wound" up the device to the maximum. The device barely provides any resistance. I gave it to my 4 year old granddaughter who had no problem flexing her hand while it was spinning. It's a toy.
