I contacted the seller - Delta Canopies because they said my item was delivered and signed for and it wasn't.Honestly - that is not even the part that upsets me - it upsets me that the Assistant Manager emailed me in such a rude tone instead of trying to help me she scolded me because they are busy due to the current climate. I work in long-term care - I get "busy" completely and don't need to be scolded and told that I'm asking too much for help resolving this issue. I can't honestly tell you if the tent is good or not. We found out that the permit requires it to be fire retardant so I had to return it. Your experience may be different but mine is extremely unsettling. Amazon has stepped in to help so I can't say anything negative where they are concerned. I've never had a problem in the many years that I have been a customer.

A great tent for a backyard party. First time setting it up it took us 3hours from start to finish. Second time about 1 hour. First time setting it up, a few of the screw parts broke off due to a weak welding. I believe it was like 7 that broke. We were still able to set it up since the poles are very sturdy and we just ended up using tape to reinforce the areas where the screws broke. The tent is not completely waterproof we had rain the it leaked like crazy so my husband bought some waterproofing sealant spray and it helped. We kept most of the walls up since it was a chilly day except for 2 for ventilation, the tarp ripped a little while installing by my brother-in-law but I believe he wasn't careful at all because when he was stretching the tent part he was pulling only on the seam part. The only thing I would suggest is to reinforce the screw welding spots so that they don't keep breaking, since every time we have set it up more than a few more have broken.

it's a nice tent for what it is. it's not a super commercial high end tent but for what Ii needed it for it did well. Unfortunately I did get hit by a wind storm before I could get it staked down and one of the corner poles bent. SO, I'll probably have to order a replacement for it for the next use. Be sure to scotch guard it to help keep the rain out. It will keep rain out and did a good job for the event that I used it for (It did rain that day). A couple welds came off when tightening but it still worked good enough. In my opinion if you get more than one use out of it it's more than paid for itself especially seeing it cost as much to rent a tent as it does to own this one. Besides some minor issues I think this is good for what it is.

Have used the tent now for 2 graduation parties and 2 company events. Works PERFECT. Is a good quality tent, and I have not had any problem with rips are tears. Twice we have used the sides and they go on easy and off. We have used tie downs also on windy days as I am scared (from other comments I read about tents) that it would blow away. In all honesty, never have had to worry about it. It's helpful to have 4 people set up, but we have also done it with 3. Need the extra hands when lifting up the sides to put the down poles on to keep it level. We have put the tables in the long way, and I fit 2 sets of 8 foot tables in side ways (6 tables), to leave room between people, but you could easily fit more. I just don't like to have people back to back so 50 people in the tent is VERY comfortable, but could DEFINATELY hold many more.

Very nice tent. We have used it outdoors for parties for several seasons. A sudden storm caused some of the pipes to bend, but I was able to order replacement parts from the company for a somewhat reasonable price. I have found the material to be durable, but of course, this is not as durable as a $3000 professional tent. It works well for what it is and what it costs, just fine. Don't expect to open up a business renting these out. They won't be able to handle commercial level abuse. But for home parties to keep the sun or rain off of your guests, this is perfect. We get a lot of positive comments from people who come over to the house for parties and see the tent for the first time.

This is a very well made tent -- the description provided by the seller/manufacturer doesn't do it proper justice. The end panels are designed to either be closed at all times, or have zippers installed from top to bottom and can be rolled up for quick entry/access inside.I had a few of the fittings give me problems, where the threaded hole doesn't hold like it should, and it would have been better if the hardware had used thumb screws rather than hex bolts, but overally this works out well. The pipe is more or less conduit wire tubing, and is easily bent. So long as the tent is properly assembled and anchored down, you shouldn't have any issues with this tent. I had this in fairly strong winds, and the tent had no trouble at all.Well worth the price

I purchased this tent for my 50th birthday party. It is really high quality. My wife and I set it up in 90 minutes the night before. It was so much easier than expected but it is not a one person job. Delivery was quick and all the parts were easy to identify. We had help to break the tent down and 4 of us did it 25 minutes.

The tent was large enough to hold the 40 person wedding luncheon we hosted in our backyard. The tent canopy was slightly damaged when we opened the box because the bag of screws was shipped with the top canopy creating small holes in the canopy. We contacted the seller and they immediately sent out a new one.The tent is very heavy duty and served it's purpose with the large ample space underneath. I will post a few pictures so you can get a idea.it takes about 1 hour to set up, I did it by himself the second time around, the first time a friend helped.I only wish the steel poles were powdercoated white , but other than that it's a great purchase!
