Good Book
This book is very interesting. I bought this book for my garde manger class.It helps me learn more than in the class and improve my skills.I would recommend this one.

Great Pictures, Lacking Descriptions
Nice pictures but these are some advanced carvings. And that beings said, it certainly is NOT a 'step by step' book. Six steps is the longest step by step instruction in the book. The instructions are simply lacking...

Perfect book, for beginners and for professionals as well
My cooks are so happy with this book. It has got such nice pictures with such good and clear instructions. Perfect that the book has been ordered into fruits and vegetables, which makes everything clear. And also good that regular fruits and vegetables has been used, which makes this book suitable for universal usage. Many thanks! Melvin.
