Major Zipper Issues
Let me start with the positives! The luggage set arrived very quickly and is super cute...I got the black/grey floral pattern and I WANTED to love it so much. The material, however is very thin and I don't know how it would hold up to airport handling. I was hoping it was a thicker tweedlike material that could withstand many years of use. Upon opening the box, the largest suitcase had two places where the zipper was defective...tooth missing and kinked. The manufacturer had to know when they tried to zip it up, so not sure how it passed quality control. I thought I would contact the seller and have just that one bag replaced, so I actually used the carry-on bag and the satchel for the trip I had planned. The wheels worked well, but the handle seemed a bit wiggly as I walked through the airport. The flight was full and the airline needed to check my carry-on bag. When I went to retrieve my luggage at baggage claim, my suitcase was in a bin (so at least all my clothes wouldn't be all over the conveyor belt) with a broken zipper. First use. Needless to say, this luggage set is already boxed and being returned. I'll look for something of higher quality.

Fantastic customer service!
Had an issue with the 28” suitcase I purchased just over a year ago. Mfg warranty was expired yet Carrie was fantastic and got us a replacement!
