arrived damaged and no hardware
The installer just arrived to find no hardware and when we opened the box, the door was cracked on both sides and the frame of the dog door was cracked as well. There were no handles. It had said that you could "shave the door" but you can't - there's junk plastic covering press board . . . this product is a piece of junk. do not purchase.

Beautiful door!
Beautiful door. The pet door is 10x15 inches and a medium size dog fits through fine. Only problem were the screws to install the pet door. They were too long and went through the door to the outside. Very happy with it!

My product had a big dent on both sides of the door.
