Bought this to replace a Kwikset handle (prior owner) which handle’s interior parts had snapped. The knob was no longer attached to the rest of the handle, rendering it useless.I’ve always trusted Schlage, and this did not disappoint. The handle feels more solid and is heavier than the Kwikset it replaced. The interior mechanism for the handle makes it clear it won’t snap like the competition. The inside handle is a big improvement over the old one’s knob. And the way the bottom of the outside handle is secured not just by screwing it into the door but by a drilled hole through the door and anchored by a screw from the other side: love how solid that will be. Excellent. Would buy this Schlage again.

I ordered the Shlage handle and knob set in nickle, to go with the smart lock I had installed. It replaces a handle and knob that had a lock in it and was no longer needed with the smart lock. The Shlage handle has a much more solid feel to it than my old brass handle that was hollow on the inside curve of the handle. If you choose to get a set with a lever handle on the inside, read carefully and get the right one for your door, as the interior handle is not reversible on Shlage sets. If you are on the outside and the hinges are on the left, you have a right handed door. Hinges on the right mean it's left handed. Don't pay attention to the product photo which can be deceptive. Or you can do what I did and just get one with a knob on the inside and make it easier. I'm very satisfied with mine.

Looks amazing and much easier to install than expected. The Schlage iPhone app is easy to use once it’s all setup.I thought I would have trouble drilling a hole through my door but measuring a few times and drilling once worked out for me. The adjustable sliding bolt piece on the door knob portion that goes through the hole you drill gives you some leeway if it’s not in the perfect place.I will say this however, pairing the unit with Wi-Fi took was the most frustrating part. It took way longer than expected because the Schlage iPhone app would find the lock but not the network. Found some YouTube video explaining the issue that helped me through it. I would deduct half a star for that. I have a lot of different hubs for various automated devices and they were a breeze to pair to Wi-Fi compared to this. Hopefully you don’t have to deal with this issue at all.

Works as advertised. Simple and sturdy. I just wish I would have gotten bronze now.

Purchased this to replace existing handle and match a recently installed touch pad deadbolt and we are very pleased. Installation was easy and clear instructions provided. The unit is very "solid" and "heavy" and operates smoothly. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a new front entry door handle.

This is a beautiful door handle. We replaced a standard door knob with this and the difference is remarkable. It was very easy to install. My only complaint is when I used the template to mark on my door where to drill it was off. So I ended up with 2 holes in my door. I have used templates before and never had issues. The only saving grace was the handle still covered up the first hole.

Hello.I loved the Schlage Sense and Camelot so much in my previous home that I ordered one to install in my new house as well. However, I ordered it knowing that the handle in the photo was for left-handed use, but it was different from the one I received, so I checked and the photo is for right-handed use. I think the picture is probably not good. If the person in charge sees this, I hope they will look into it.When I requested an exchange, it came too quickly, but the same product (opposite to the picture) arrived again. Another product that is different from the picture arrived. So I made another request and got the wrong one again until I realized the picture was wrong.I've returned one now, and I wanted to keep one, but the system has no way to contact Schlage, so a refund is in progress and I would like to cancel it.

Great easy to operate product. Quality definitely better then unbranded WiFi locks I've used. Feels secure and we'll made. Battery use lasted approx 5 months with light use.

I will probably have to take a saw if ever I need to replace it.
