Marshall’s Creek Spices Curry Powder Seasoning, Indian- 10 Ounce

Absolutely love it

PROs:Good quality ingredients, fresh aroma and flavor. This product would certainly merit a 5-star rating if the containers were better quality.CONs:The containers are thin flimsy plastic, and have an obvious and unpleasant aroma.There is no inner seal under the lid. I purchased 4 different herbs/spices from Marshalls Creek, and all 4 had powder on the outside of the container, because the lids were not twisted tight, and are held on only by a loose-fitting plastic wrap. That was very disappointing. After tightening the lids properly, the powdered contents are unable to get out of the container, if it tips over for example. But the seller *should* have a process in place to assure that the lids are tight; clearly, they do not.I will transfer the contents into glass containers with air-tight lids, as the plastic containers these products arrive in are unusually thin and flimsy, and have a detectable odor.

I was very happy with this purchase. Great flavor, good price, & plenty to last! Happy!

Not sure, maybe a bit over priced. But damn the flavors are exotic and wonderful.

This is good stuff. I used to be able to buy large containers of curry like this in my local grocery store, but I suppose it wasn't a popular item, so now they only sell the tiny containers.Curry in large quantities is literally 1/10th the cost of buying the little containers like McKormacks (?sp?) sells at retail grocers.They have large volume pepper, cinnamon, and garlic, but Curry really is the one spice (mix) I like to use in large quantities. It just doesn't make sense to pay 50% of this price to receive 5% of the product.

This is a mild but nicely balanced curry. The price is great, and if you buy lots of curry, the shipping stays the same. The only cons are that the containers have no shaker top, and they are filled so that lots of curry becomes lodged in the threads of the lid so that when you open one, curry gets all over everything. They should improve this, but I can't complain much, since the price is so good, and the quality is very nice.

I like the flavor. I thought I was buying golden curry when I purchased it. It has more of an traditional Indian taste than the kind of curry you buy off of the shelf in the store, but it is close enough that it works and has a great flavor.

Absolutely love it. It is literally going on just about everything. I keep a smaller jar of it to sprinkle on popcorn/meats/etc at the dinner table. No MSG as I am allergic to it. Will definitely be ordering more of their other spice mixes. No salt added allows for control of salt levels.

For a pre-made curry powder this is a very good one. Would definitely recommend and will buy again
