If you use make up over it and sunscreen, how does it feel. Does it goes ok with make up?

I don't use makeup base per se, but have used a tinted sunscreen on top of Supreme Polypeptide and it is fine. This is a WONDERFUL product. My face feels nicely moisturized all day, and I live in the high desert.

I never had an issue with this lovely cream clogging my pores. But, with that said, each person is different. What I have found to be a big culprit in having clogged pores is the lack of proper cleaning. Be sure to exfoliate on occasion to ensure a clean base on which to apply your moisturizer. Then you should not have a problem.

What percentage of Matrixyl Synth 6 is in this product?

We synergistically blend a combination of active peptides in the Supreme Polypeptide Cream Unscented including Matrixyl® Synthe’6™ (Palmitoyl Tripeptide-38), SYN®-COLL (Palmitoyl Tripeptide-5), Pisium Sativum (Pea Peptide) Extract, and Rice Peptide. The percentages of the peptides are not listed, as it is a blend of several.
