Is this breatheable for exercise or does sweat collect under the back panel?

My answer will be no. To be honest I use this along with a back pack for all seasons and never had an issue like that. Now I don’t know on what exercise you will be doing. If it’s cardio, not really. If it’s circuit training or weight lifting maybe?

will reading glasses and a large cell phone both fit in this?

Yes, both should fit. Chest pack size is 4" x 7"

Why is your logo so big? Why murk in huge letters? Otherwise i love it

Look past the logo, focus more on the good use it provides
