I bought it for Mitsubishi Pajero Wagon 4. It is a pity that Metra does not produce kits for my car. But from this set, I used only the front part. Frame installed perfectly. Everything is ok. Thanks

Instanlled a dvd player and wanted to keep my factory dash kit (2013 Lancer) in place as the aftermarket ones never fit correctly so I decided to get this to fill the space the stock dash and aftermarket radio would leave. I always prefer the original look. It will only work on the 2012 up models as they carry the independent head unit. There are mods needed but behind the scenes and pretty simple. Use the factory brackets on the new radio. Then measure carefully and cut only the front portion of the brackets supplied with this kit to secure the faceplate to the radio. That’s it. The reflective coating matches beautifully with the piano black trim on the vehicle interior. There was a small gap left at the bottom. Nothing a little speaker gasket couldn’t fix (ypu’ll notice it just under the unit.
