Not impressed
Cheap crap, turned up bent out of shape, one of the 2 cloth piece's didn't even fit cag piece - it was too small. Waste of money.

Oh I LOVe this product! Its PERFECt for cleaning hats and maintaining shape! East to assemble, hats fit in perfectly, and after a good wash/dry in dryer hats are like good as new!

Keeps hats like new and fresh
I didn't think I needed this but turns out I did. I washed soiled hats in these and followed the directions and they came out perfectly clean and not misshapened at all. I scrubbed the soiled parts with a toothbrush and dawn dish soap .. just a few drops of dawn in some water.. then added laundry soap to the washer and they came out like new.
