Healthy option
A mixture of Whey protein, Fibre and other nutrients, I found this nutri-shake an excellent health drink.I don't think it helped me loose weight but it certainly brought a good glow in my face and improved the bowel movements

Had 3 times Vomiting after drinking the slimming shake
I thought to purchase some slimming shake to reduce weight . As mentioned on the instructions I have did that but after drinking I have started vomiting . After that my stomach started paining and 4 times diarrhea. I rushed to the nearest hospital and doctor suggested me not to drink . So I request everyone not to use the drink .
