Check your gift mugs before wrapping presents
I received one out of four mugs with a broken handle. Check your delivery before you wrap your mud that are presents. Also, DONT wrap presents if you are flying. If TSA needs to check the item, the wrapping will most likely be torn or cut off! Take the wrapping and tape with you to wrap after your flight.

Great gift
Gave this to a friend for Christmas but of course had to see how well it worked! It is so cool! He loved it!

Worth the money.
The cup came very well packed. Nice strong box. Granddaughter loves it. It holds just the right amount of hot chocolate. Works just like it said. Will definitely buy more. Grand kids all want one now.

This is a nice size mug and it works like magic. Bought it for a friend for Christmas and she LOVED it!

Pretty cool
The mug overall is pretty cool and works efficiently. However, we noticed there’s a something strange going on w/Hermione‘s mouth? Looks like something is coming out of it? Maybe it wasn’t printed properly.

I liked that my daughter-in-law was extremely happy with this Harry Potter mug, she couldn't wait to fill it up to see all of her favorite characters show their faces on the mug...needless to say she is a die hard Harry Potter fan...
