Bending was a breeze, now it's a cock ring. I measure wrong and didn't go 1/8 to 1/4 inch smaller for tight fit, so I adjusted the size up to 1.375 inches to make it 1/4 inches smaller than my shaft. If you want to make it smaller, it's not achievable to size down by bending. Used a wood wedge to bend out. Put the balls on point of wooden wedge and force down with palm of hand, then measure, repeat as necessary to achieve desired diameter. I was able to bend to 1.375 inches without much effort.
