Good Product Shame about Amazon Service
I've recently bought 2 products from Amazon both not straight forward. The first was item was not what I had ordered and couldn't be replaced because of an out of stock situation. The second as a set of drill bits and one drill bit was missing.The products are good but Amazon's quality system obviously does not work.

This seat does not self close despite being sold this way.
The sale was misleading as I thought I had bought a replacement with self closing lid i.e. Senso but when iut arrived and was fitted it was apparent that the item details were incrrect & misleading. It was fitted & too inconvenient to return, so I've kept it in frustration& now have a seat which does nt self clse!!
