Convenient and actually tastes like chocolate
OK, the smell really good. They actually smell like chocolate and they taste like chocolate. I’m a huge fan of Gummies and chewable vitamins. Just because they are so convenient and you don’t need to remember to have a drink with you when you go to take them.I do wish these were a bit softer because my teeth are super sensitive and I hate having to chew until they soften. Luckily they taste good the whole time so I guess I can’t complain too much.I haven’t noticed a huge difference in my energy since I started taking them a few weeks ago, but any boost is welcome, especially when it doesn’t involved gaping down disgusting Green shakes.I haven’t had any adverse reactions and the ingredients all seem pretty benign. No reactions with any of my medications, etc.I consider it to be a bit pricey, but it seems like a solid supplement so far and it’s pretty neat to feel like I’m sneaking in a piece of chocolate in the morning.

yummy and most likely beneficial, but expensive!
These have a nice chocolate flavor with a somewhat grainy texture once chewed a bit. Very interesting, and really delicious with an unusual texture. I'd probably eat them every day if they were affordable for me - which they are not. $1.50 EACH is VERY expensive in my book. IF you can afford them, give them a try. they really are good. IF they were a third the cost, or less, I'd give them 5 stars. at this price 3 stars would seem fair, but they are very good so I give 4 - especially since each is individually wrapped in better-quality wrappers. They look like fancy candy when taken from the jar...

Himalayan Tartary Buckwheat is an extremely interesting ingredient!
This is my second time trying a Himalayan Tartary Buckwheat product from Big Bold Health. I've used their supplements (the Microbiome Rejuvenate) in the past and felt they were high-quality but a bit out of my regular price range, so I was excited to try these chewables.Himalayan Tartary Buckwheat has a lot of really intriguing research coming out regarding longevity, however the amount of brands offering it in supplement form is still relatively limited. I haven't been able to find a specific recommended dosage yet, or what the optimal format of HTB is for maximum benefit. These chewables have 1000mg of HTB from sprout powder, while the aforementioned Microbiome supplement had 600mg HTB from hulls. I could not say which is better. Perhaps as more research comes out on HTB, we will get a more specific guideline. These have a nice chocolatey taste, and are very similar to those chocolate calcium chews that are relatively popular, although the HTB chews of course have less chalky taste due to no calcium. They are firm and chewy, but not hard.As someone with POTS who tries to start my day with some sodium and electrolytes before even getting out of bed, I do appreciate the 30mg of sodium as well as the small amounts of Vitamin C, D, Magnesium and Zinc. I like that the amounts included are not too high, so they shouldn't cause issues even if you take a multivitamin.I do not have any digestive upset after eating these, even on an empty stomach. I do not personally notice any energy boost, but I am a pretty constantly fatigued person, so it's extremely rare for anything to manage to break through that wall of exhaustion for me - seriously, only a select few energy drinks even work on me! So it's entirely possible it could be more effective for someone else who isn't quite as enormously fatigued as I am.This does seem like a more affordable option compared to the brand's other HTB offerings at this time, if you are interested in primarily trying HTB and not one of their multi-purpose supplements like the Microbiome.

No immediate affect
I've only tried it for a few days but so far I seem to be more tired than before I used the product. I will continue to use itand see what happens.

A tasty treat
I'll say right off the bat that I'm a skeptic of supplements and vitamins but I also take them daily because it can't hurt, right? I haven't been taking these very long so I don't know if they are having any positive effect on me, but I will say that they are pretty darn tasty. If they weren't a supplement, I'd probably snack on them regularly. It's basically candy with vitamins and minerals. Not a bad idea. Honestly though, they are pricey. I have to take a star for that. $1.50 a piece is a lot for a daily, and a bit out of my budget..

Tasty and Convenient Way to Support Immune Health
BIG BOLD HEALTH HTB Immune Energy Chews 60 Count Chocolate. As I’ve gotten older, I’ve come to realize just how important supplements are to my overall well-being. I’ve started paying more attention to immune support, energy levels, and ingredients that align with a clean, health-conscious lifestyle. That’s what drew me to the BIG BOLD HEALTH HTB Immune Energy Chews.First off, the taste is a pleasant surprise, rich chocolate flavor that comes from real cocoa powder, not some artificial sweetener overload. I genuinely enjoy having one of these daily, which makes consistency easy. They are easy to chew, not hard or dry, no aftertaste and sure beats swallowing a pill. What caught my eye was the unique inclusion of organic sprouted Himalayan Tartary Buckwheat, which I hadn’t seen before in other supplements. Pair that with Vitamin D, C, Zinc, and Magnesium, and you’ve got a solid immune and energy support blend in a compact, convenient chew. It’s also great to see that it’s gluten-free, dairy-free, non-GMO, and vegetarian-friendly. While it doesn't impact me, that's a huge plus for anyone with dietary restrictions. Now, I’ve only been using them for a couple of weeks, so it’s too early to report long-term effects, but so far, I’ve felt good incorporating them into my morning routine. I do want to emphasize that I’m not a doctor, and I always recommend talking to your healthcare provider before adding any supplement to your routine. All in all, these chews are a simple, tasty way to give your body a little daily boost, especially if you’re trying to be more proactive about your health as the years go on.
