Like: Styling (but that is a matter of personal taste), conceptDislike: From the beginning, the light would go out shortly after induction charging began (Samsung Galaxy 7). Awhile later, my phone needed a new battery. Was the old battery the problem? NO. The light still went out shortly after induction charging began. I limped this along (XOR(Light, Charge)) until recently when the induction charging failed. Initially, it would simply stop charging before my phone's battery was full. Then, the induction charging stopped completely (would not initiate). My phone will still charge on other induction chargers, but the induction charger on this lamp is a goner.Lesser Issue: Occasionally the lamp fails to respond to the switches. Un-plugging and re-plugging (after several seconds) corrects the malfunction. Irritating but livable. Yes. I did try the "power off reset" method in an attempt to correct the induction charge issue. The method did not correct the failing.Upshot: Insufficient power to perform functions as represented, Unstable electronics, and unreliability (function failure).Note that usage has been in six month intervals separated by six months of non-use (no power available to the unit). During use, the lamp is on less than 2 hrs/day and the charge time is whatever it takes to fill my phone (typically 5-7 hours) (I'm not tied to my electronic leash, so multiple charge sessions in a day are infrequent).

I have been shopping around for a LED desk lamp. At first, I just wanted something basic and simple. But when I came across this one on Amazon I know this is the one.First of all, I like how lightweight and sleek-looking it is. The 4 different color light(cool to warm tone) and 5 dimmer settings are a plus. But the selling point for me was the wireless charger. With 2 kids in the house, we have too many device that needs to be charge but not enough charger. So getting this desk lamp with a wireless charger just make perfect sense to me. The only thing I found useless for me was the timer unless you use it as a bed lamp. Otherwise, I always turn off my lamp when I done working on the desk.

The lamp itself works pretty well, however, the power supply that is shipped with it is cheap and fails. After about a month of moderate to light use, the lamp blinked a couple of times and went off, and the charger was super hot. When removed, the wire leading out was loose, obviously melted off inside. Fortunately, the lamp works with any 5V/2A charger with a USB-C connector, so I was able to scrounge some from around the house. If you buy this product, get a standard 10W (5v/2A) phone charger and use that! Don't risk a fire with that cheap charger they ship with it. Note that this review is 2 stars, because I was able to get the lamp back to work. If the supply had worked it would have been 5 stars, as the lamp seems to be good.Followup: Sunnychic followed up very promptly to my note and are taking responsibility for the problem, so I am bumping the rating up from 2 stars to 4 stars.

Did an okay job for a while. There are no real physical buttons, so turning it on in the dark is a colossal pain in the butt. Once its on it was nice and bright. However the power input, using a regular USB cable, decided one day it didn't work any more and I have to jiggle the cable to get it to work, and then it turns off after under a minute of being on.Utter waste of time and money. Go get anything but this lamp.

DO NOT BUY - Lamp Started To Get Really Hot and Smoke.I’ve had this lamp for about a month, But it wasn’t until the last few days I started to use the wireless charging. Well I started to smell smoke, which was coming out of the plugin at the wall. When I unplugged it, the plugin cracked with smoke coming out.Seriously, DO NOT BUY this.

The light wont stay on if the charger is being used. The box says two functions can be used at once. I dont have anything in the charging port.Update. I baught another one to try it again. Charger didnt work period. Baught another USB cord still didnt work.Faulty product

The power adapter for this is very cheap and honestly doesn't look too safe to use long term cause it is a poor quality power adapter. My issues started with that, the cable was janky and basically broke. I would have to bend the cable in a certain way to get it turned on. Now when I press the power button, the light turns on for a millisecond then off.

Great while it lasted, but it hasn't even been 8 months and the charging features (both the wireless Qi and the usb port) stopped working. Love the light quality, but I bought this for the charging capability too, so it's very disappointing.
