I have owned this headlamp for a month. This is a great head light for fishing. I used it several time for bank fishing and kayak fishing, each time 6-8hours. First of all, it is very brightly and also zoom function is very convenient whenever I need to see an object in a farther distance. SOS mode on front and back is very helpful when I am in a darkness while kayaking. Other boat can easily see the flashing from all angles. I got it wet several times during paddling on kayak and the splash-proof works as expected. This is a great head lamp and I highly recommend it.

I bought this light to be able see in the dark. And wow! what a good light for $17. I cannot comment on the batteries since I already had some 9000 mah 18650 rechargeable batteries which have not ran out in 4 nights of camping without recharge. This light can spot animals at 100 yards or be set to flood beam and you can see everything close up. My only gripe with the light is you still have to go through the strobe setting....it would be great if it didn't even have the strobe setting... WHY? why do they put these on any light?I recommend this light to my friends and would buy again. I did use it to work on my jeep and plan to use it when I start fishing at night. It should fit the bill for a light to see everything!Update: Still an awesome light. I use it to spot buoys at 300 yards. The pictures I take at night are the best I have ever taken. I attached a couple of phone pictures I have taken with the aid of this light. The second photo was taken with the batteries worn down from camping for 2 nights. The detail is amazing.If I had to buy another LED headlamp today this would be the one.

I loved everything about this headlamp: It was comfortable, bright as heck, and super easy to use. Most of all, it was a steal compared to other brands, and it worked like a gem.I lived in Joshua Tree National Park for a bit where there isn't any running water, so porta-potties and pit-toilets were plentiful. Everyone who lived with me asked to use my headlamp whenever they had to go outside in the dark to use the restroom because it was so much more practical (and hygienic) than using a phone flashlight.I was so sad when my headlamp broke!! It still lights up fine, and charges, but one of the buckles where the strap runs through broke, so it is no longer able to stay/fit on my head. I really wish the buckles were made of metal, because otherwise the headlamp would still be kicking, but unfortunately it has already seen its glory days.

It's a very good value and an excellent deal -- very bright and focusable beam. The construction is aluminum and what appears to be ABS or some other strong plastic. And you're getting 2 of the big Li-ion batteries, not AA cells. And -- this is going to sound silly, I liked the name "SunGluber" and I was wondering if it was going to be printed on the lamp. Yes! They even engraved SunGluber in a neat italic font! What's a gluber? No matter, now I got one. Yes, if you need a posable work light that also is comfortable on your head, this is a good one. This is a simple version headlamp, only one LED light built-in, which use less power compared to others that has multiple LED lights and should work longer between charges. However this headlamp does not come with a charger and buyer has to use a charger similar to the one that comes with the IPhone. Only one charger cable and two rechargeable batteries are provided besides the headlamp itself. The quality of the build and material is solid.

This product came right on time. Our sink had a leak the day this arrived and it was used right away. While wearing this on my head, I was able to use both of my hands to do the repair. The light is bright and it can be tilted as needed. There’s also an option for strobe but I didn’t need that feature. It’s rechargeable and I hope this lasts.UPDATE: I have also used this in cycling and it is has stayed put on my bike helmet. I just do road cycling and not mountain biking. I think it works for that, too. I highly recommend this.

Purchased this headlamp for oil changing on my motorcycle, it was very handy. I can focus on taking out a drain bolt, pouring new engine oil into to bike, and replacing a new oil filter. Last time when I did that without the headlamp, I gotta use one hand to hold the flashlight and only got one hand left to do all the dirty work. But now I got this, It only took me 30 minutes to finish the whole process of oil changing. Moreover, I did take the headlamp out for biking once at night, It is bright enough on the street at night. At the battery does last for long time, I spent 30 minutes on doing the oil change, and another 60 minutes riding on my bicycle in the neighborhood at night, When I returned home the headlamp was still as bright as the beginning.LOVE IT!!!!

Good quality for the price. Used this when I go out hiking early in the morning for when I have to snow blow after work. Light beam control is good, beam zoomed in can shine 50-100 ft into the woods. Seems sturdy, have to wait and see if this one last longer than a year like my last headlamp.
