Disappointing Purchase - Scratched and Non-Functional
I bought a new Belinger UMC22 and was disappointed to find it arrived with numerous scratches. Worse still, it didn't work at all. Despite connecting my bass guitar correctly, there was no sound output. This has been a frustrating experience, so I am returning the product.
