Can’t hear anyone when product is on phone
I originally wrote a review about this product as it does not work well. When the product is on the phone people cannot hear you when you’re talking. The company reached out to me and apologize for the problem I had with their product then offered to refund the money as long is I changed my review. I thought that was nice so I did. Only to be disappointed even further as they never held there end of the bargain. I now will never buy anything from this company.

Good purchase.
This has been a pretty good purchase. I am pretty rough on my toys, so this helps safe guard my phone. I had hoped that the charging port allowed data transfers and connection to the car audio, but I will just have to use Bluetooth instead.

Need some work
Case looked good and was good at keeping dirt and water away from phone. The built in power bank was convenient when battery was low and I was not near my charger. All that being said, the case killed the signal for my phone. The battery pack once down to one bar took over 24 hours to charge and I had to remove my phone for that to take place. I also had to use Bluetooth earbuds to talk on phone as I could not be heard. It’s a good case. There’s just a few bugs that need to be worked out.

This F-ing sucks
This is terrible. As a waterproof case it works fine and as a charger it works great but it literally blocks service I went from LTE to 4G and it sucks. The case is so thick that it can’t get bars

Service decline and muted voice volume
No one can hear me when I talk AND my service is terrible only after using this case. It does block shocks and water damage but at the expense of making the case unusable. I’m currently searching for a new one.

NOT RELIABLE
Only a day after having the case on my phone it stopped working. The case plug in for the lightning port on my I phone 7 plus was lose and won't stay in unless it is held there. Even when it is held there it doesn't charge the case or the phone. After processing one return im pretty sure they sent me the same case with the same problem. I am no longer able to return this and I am left with a useless case that has to be removed to charge my phone.
