Incredibly simple set up if you follow the 2 step directions. I'm addicted to them now. Every time I see a reason to add one I order another one,and with Christmas lights buying a few more was a no-brainer.

I tried and tried and this lil guy would not pair up with Alexa. I should’ve paid attention to the reviews. I thought I was smarter. Guess not. I’ll learn one day, you get what you pay for. I liked the USB feature, but it’s main purpose was to hook up with Alexa and it couldn’t.

Starting with the installation instructions was awful, not very clear, then the plug always lose connection with Alexa, I have to keep pressing the on button every time. What the purpose of having a smart plug, when you have to keep turning back on? I don’t recommend this product. It’s very disappointing

I bought these and after setting up they worked great for the first few days, after that the one that controlled my dinning room light keeps kicking offline. while my the one that controls my living room light is perfectly fine. I love the idea and one of them works great.

Love that device plugged into outlet does what I tell it to do. On/Off LOL

Use on my 3D printer. Was very simple to setup and use. Ordered more for my wife. Never worry about forgetting to turn off flat iron.
