Great Rake
It looks like it will work much better than my wooden handled rake in which the rake falls off al the time. I also like the two different sides which works great on our beach.

Arrived seriously damaged
The rake arrived with one middle tine almost broken through, the protective paint coating cracked and missing from the damaged area. The packaging wasn't damaged and hadn't been tampered with. It looks like it was packed and sent in this condition.

Crappy false advertising on warranty
Advertised 15 yr warranty, handle snaps after 1 year and they require a receipt for processing. Who keeps the receipt for a rake they bought last year at a gardening store? Ridiculous.

horrible.. just horrible
I personally love True Temper products and had good experience with many of their products but this garden rake was the very first disappointment that I had with their brand. I did have this garden rake for maybe about 5 years but the rake head came off yesterday and I noticed that the wood that was holding the rake split inside. According to the label on the handle, they supposedly have 15 years limited warranty so I need to reach out to them somehow about it but I am very disappointed with this particular product. 0 out of 5 stars and would not recommend it.

5 stars - I like this rake!
I've used a basic garden rake in my garden all my life. I saw this, and wondered if it could be better than the standard garden rake. Ordered it, based on a Youtube video that referenced this rake. The gardener using it really thought it was the cat's meow, and it actually looked more useful.The fiberglass handle is something I love on all my tools. If it's left out in the rain, the handle won't care.The row-making function of the back side of the rake works very nicely.Weight and balance are slightly improved over the standard garden rake. Let me stress, weight AND balance. It's not much lighter than my garden rake, but it really is more comfortable to work with.I'm usually stingy with the stars when I review an item, but this one gets 5 stars with no reservation.
