Can I use this socket for my padding pool heater and pump

Yes,our outdoor socket is great for supplying a pond pump and uv lamp also padding pool heater in extreme weather. It comes with a standard 13amp 3pin plug. Easy to install and the plug and socket is well sealed when the lid is closed. Can be installed in parks, shops, construction sites, gardens, garages, outdoor and other wet places. No more needing to put cable through doors or windows when cutting the grass or when putting out Christmas trees etc. This is a very good robust socket.

Will this be ok outside in all weather?

Yes ...This is a really good quality weatherproof outdoor socket. The cover shuts over the plug very tightly to give a completely weatherproof seal. This double socket was purchased so that i have it about 2 foot from my Hot Tub lot's of splashing and a separate outdoor flood light. We have loads of rain in the UK and it works fine. This socket is perfect.

Can you plug the extention lead inside your holuse

I was lucky enough to have a plug socket on the inside. Simply remove the wires from the socket and drill a 10-12mm hole through the wall and thread the wire through and reconnect into the wall box. Make sure it’s not plugged in until all works are completed and safe to do so.

Comes as a complete kit, good quality durable and works really well,not sure about the length of cable being right, but I didn’t need the full 3 metres. Would recommend this product has all the watertight gaskets needed

A great addition for your outdoors!

Have just installed my 2nd outdoor socket. First worked flawless at my previous property and this is exactly the same. The installation requires some very basic DIY skills in attaching to the wall but aside from that, it’s very easy. It feels study, secure and easy enough to trim down the cable, should you need to. Would purchase again!

Simple to install and great value for money

This is simple to fit and includes all the necessary screws and rawl plugs and 3m of cable (with a fused plug) to feed through a hole in the wall. It appears well-made and hopefully should endure the typical English weather. It is excellent value for money.
