Bulb is junk, don't waste time or money.
Installed bulb in fixture darkness came and no light, next day removed bulb from fixture and installed bulb in a another identical fixture that was providing light in another area and switched new bulb to this fixture, guess what now that fixture doesn't work when darkness came, but the other fixture with the bulb from that fixture works. I believe the new bulb is junk and the swap proves it.
